I have worked at Quantum Care since 2014, starting my career as a care worker and progressing into the role of Acting Home Manager. During this time, I have remained committed to developing my knowledge, leadership skills, and the quality of care provided.

I hold a teaching qualification which enables me to deliver a wide range of in-house training, including Dementia, Medication, Safeguarding, Manual Handling, Mental Capacity, Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS), Health and Safety, Fire Safety, Emergency Aid, and Food Safety & Nutrition. I also hold a Level 2 qualification in Seated Exercise, a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care, and a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management in Adult Social Care.

My passion is delivering high-quality, person-centred care and supporting teams to do the same. Having worked in the care sector for many years, my commitment to making a positive difference remains as strong as when I first began my career at 17.

    Paul Purdelea

    Administrator

The Administrator will focus on the smooth running of the home; in whatever area they may be needed. From greeting visitors to recruiting, the Administrator is present in many aspects of life in the home, even if you don’t always see them! To be successful in the role, our Administrators have to be flexible and calm, able to multi-task and always keen to take on a new challenge. It’s often the Administrator that brings the IT skills to a home, helping them to keep everything organised. Above that though, Administrators are communicators, able to speak confidently and listen closely to everyone from Managers and Care Workers to visitors and residents.

The Receptionist plays a key part in keeping the home operating as it should. The role involves everything from dealing with phone enquiries to showing around prospective residents. • Fosse House Testimonial

I always see how comfortable and relaxed dad is - It's what I have been praying for - That he is in a home where he can be loved, accepted and given the care and attention we would give him at home. There are days where I can go to work, and for an hour or two I don't think of dad but smile knowing where he is and how well looked after he is. That is the best thing for our family to know and feel daily and Fosse House and its amazing staff provide that and more on a daily basis. We are so grateful and I want to express that about everyone at Fosse house.
      • Fosse House Testimonial

To the staff at Fosse House, words really cannot express our thanks for the care you gave to our mum during her time with you. Your kindness, care, dedication and professionalism were outstanding. The happiness and good humour which was always apparent when we visited must have also added to Mum’s well being. We are grateful to you all for the care that was given to mum and for the understanding expressed to us, her family. Again with our grateful thanks.

      • Fosse House Testimonial

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your kindness. I shall just say how much my mother enjoyed her stay of almost 2 years at Fosse House. The staff I feel treated her as one of the family. She enjoyed the flower arranging, jewellery making, singing and gardening. She also liked the trips out, when she could get ready on time! I can’t praise the staff highly enough. My mother was safe, secure and well cared for which is all that residents of care homes need.
